So you take breaks, do some deep healing work, and invest in nourishing self-care. Sometimes you even try to push through, but end up feeling completely worn out.

And, this cycle repeats, over and over again.

Hello, I’m Shahkina.

I have been there too. Not only that, I have worked with hundreds of people who were facing deep grief, rage, despair and exhaustion on their quest to a life of joy and purpose.

I know it’s hard to believe, but it is possible to break this cycle. Not only is it possible, it’s vital.

If we desire to impact change and usher in a world that does not rely on oppressive systems we must reconnect with our innate love and joy that live in our very soul.

Luminous leadership Is first and foremost about soul-led self-leadership and then about leading others. It is a powerful embodiment of soul-led guidance rooted in wholeness, individuation, and interdependence.

Courageously use their innate gifts to guide others towards individuation while fostering interdependence for the creation of thriving societies.
Compassionately nurture, uplift, and inspire both themselves and others, while deeply honoring the inherent value and dignity of all creation.
Proactively cultivate equitable structures and processes, fostering justice and unity in diversity without assimilation.
